- Which product should I start with?
- For a fast eater, start with the slow feeder bowl. For a dog that gets restless indoors, the snuffle mat is the easiest win — most dogs settle after 10 minutes of foraging.
- How long does delivery take?
- 5–12 business days in the US and EU. Orders ship tracked from the warehouse closest to you, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.
- Are the mats dishwasher safe?
- The silicone lick mat and the slow feeder bowl are top-rack dishwasher safe. The snuffle mat is machine washable at 30°C and air dries overnight.
- Is the gear safe for heavy chewers?
- The wooden puzzle and wobble ball are made for supervised play, not chewing. For strong chewers we recommend the silicone lick mat and the slow feeder bowl.
- What if my dog loses interest?
- Rotate the gear and change the food you hide in it. If it still does not click, use our 30-day return window.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Prices show in your local currency and you are charged in that same currency at checkout.
