Shipping & Returns
Every order ships tracked from the partner warehouse closest to you. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days, and you get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are handed to the warehouse the same day. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
30-day happy-dog returns
If the mat, bowl or puzzle is not a hit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or a replacement. Items should be clean and in re-sellable condition. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel.
Damaged or missing parcels
Send a photo to hello@sniffsettle.com and we ship a replacement free of charge — no return needed for damaged goods.
