Who you are buying from

Sniff & Settle sells dog enrichment feeding equipment online at sniffsettle.com. Contact us any time at hello@sniffsettle.com; we answer within 24 hours on weekdays.

Orders and prices

Your order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include all applicable taxes at checkout. Delivery cost, if any, is shown before you pay.

If we spot an obvious pricing error we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel free of charge.

Payment

Payment is taken in a secure checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, depending on your country. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We ship from regional warehouses. Estimated times and shipping costs are listed on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; customs delays are outside our control.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel an unshipped order at any time by email. After delivery you have 30 days to return an item in resaleable condition for a full refund of the item price, as described on our shipping and returns page. Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Safe use of our products

Enrichment feeders are feeding tools, not chew toys. Supervise your dog, put products away between meals, and retire anything that becomes damaged. We are not liable for injury caused by unsupervised use or by ignoring these instructions.

Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog shows signs of illness, contact a vet.
